Which photos work better for a dance
A clear face and as much of the body as possible is a better start. A sharp photo still cannot promise an unchanged face in every frame.
JPG, PNG, and WebP photos are accepted, up to 5 MB each. A selected photo stays in this browser until you click Generate.
Photos of people
Choose even light and a face you can see clearly, and include as much of the body and clothing as you can. A face-only selfie is missing the body. A distant full-body shot with a blurry face is not automatically better.
Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, and hair or a mask covering most of the face. Keep one person in each photo. Use yourself, or an adult who has agreed to appear. Do not upload children, celebrities, or strangers, and do not use the result to impersonate someone.
Photos of pets
Put one animal in each photo. Show the face, coat, and body, and do not let another animal cover the paws or legs. Two cats, two dogs, or one of each all work. The AI cats in the reference clip supply movement only. They are not your pet's identity.
Watch the whole result
Faces, markings, paws, and limbs can change while the subject moves. Do not judge the video from the first frame. Look again at turns and at moments when the two subjects overlap. A clearer photo can help, but no photo can promise a face that never changes.
How photos are stored and deleted is covered in the privacy note.
